Become an Innovative Full Stack Engineer at AltConvey in Montreal, working on high-impact AI-driven projects. Collaborate with the CTO to redefine workflows in private equity transactions.

This hybrid, full-time role is designed for seasoned developers with over 5 years of experience. You will lead engineering efforts utilizing your expertise in React, Java, and MongoDB, and address complex technical challenges through teamwork and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team

• Craft scalable applications using Java and React

• Drive product features from concept through deployment

• Integrate APIs and improve cloud infrastructure with AWS

• Mentor junior engineers to uplift team standards

Requirements:

• Proven 5+ years in full-stack development

• Mastery of React and Vite for modern UIs

• In-depth knowledge of Java and Spring Boot

• Familiarity with MongoDB or similar

• AWS proficiency for reliable service deployment
