Lead Mobile Engineer React Native

Job Description

Lead the charge in mobile development at US Mobile as a Lead Mobile Engineer specializing in React Native. Innovate across platforms with a focus on customer empowerment and seamless connectivity.

In this leadership role, your extensive experience of over seven years in mobile development, including five in React Native, will guide cross-functional teams. You'll enhance application features for performance and scalability while closely collaborating with product visionaries. Engaging in continuous improvement, you’ll foster a culture of high-quality coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build mobile applications using React Native

• Modernize and improve existing features for better performance

• Collaborate with product and design teams for engaged user experiences

• Develop standards for testing and streamline releases

• Mentor peers in coding best practices and solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in mobile engineering, 5 in React Native

• Deep understanding of both iOS and Android UX principles

• Experience in CI/CD and release automation

• Strong capability to perform in fast-paced startup settings

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
