Job Description

Lead data transformation initiatives at EviSmart as a Data Solutions Engineer. Focus on building a single source of truth for customer data essential for business growth.

The Data Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in consolidating data sources and ensuring accurate reporting for sales and customer success teams. With 4-5 years of experience, you will utilize your advanced SQL and Python capabilities to enhance the customer onboarding experience. You’ll directly engage with laboratories, ironing out data-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer data

• Build a two-way sync between HubSpot and the backend

• Create reliable sales and customer health reports

• Conduct onboarding data mapping with labs

• Provide structured briefs for engineering improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 4-5 years in data engineering or analysis

• Proficient in SQL and Python

• Significant experience with HubSpot CRM

• API systems integration experience
