B2B Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Become a B2B Inside Sales Representative in a dynamic manufacturing context. Engage customers effectively to provide solutions for their industrial piping needs.

This Associate-level position calls for individuals with 3-5 years of technical inside sales experience and a Mechanical Engineering diploma. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email, preparing estimates, and collaborating with the outside sales team to deliver excellent service. Your ability to listen to and negotiate with clients will be crucial to ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements

• Generate and provide technical information on products

• Prepare formal quotes and cost estimates

• Monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery

• Liaise with internal teams on pricing and logistics

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering needed

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and mechanical understanding
