Job Description

Lead practitioner onboarding and growth strategies at Fullscript as a Staff Product Manager. Focus on creating optimal experiences for health technology users through engagement initiatives.

This role involves owning the practitioner journey, from their first sign-up through activation with Fullscript’s products. You will work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to define strategies that enhance the onboarding experience and encourage long-term adoption. Your initiatives will directly impact practitioners’ ability to deliver care efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define roadmap for practitioner onboarding and early product use

• Analyze data to improve activation and reduce user friction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development

• Lead product discovery and translate needs into actionable plans

• Continuously assess and adjust onboarding success metrics

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Product Management with a focus on SaaS

• In-depth understanding of customer lifecycle and engagement

• Proven ability to enhance user experiences through data

• Excellent collaboration with design and engineering professionals

• Familiarity with AI tools for product-enhancements
