Elevate your engineering career with Intellijoint Surgical as a Systems Engineering Developer based in Kitchener, ON. This full-time position emphasizes system design, validation, and cross-team collaboration in developing medical devices.

In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic R&D team responsible for ensuring product designs meet user and compliance demands. Successful candidates will bring a strong background in medical device engineering, particularly with ISO 13485 standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop innovative solutions for new product introductions • Address technical challenges for existing products • Document design specifications and coordinate with developers • Conduct validation activities with clinical end-users • Manage comprehensive design and risk assessment documents

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field • Proven experience in medical device systems • Familiarity with QMS and traceability needs • Strong risk management understanding (ISO 14971) • Excellent technical writing and meticulous attention to detail
