Job Description

Take on the role of Implementation Science Manager at RNAO, specializing in evidence-based practice and knowledge transfer. This hybrid job focuses on driving organizational change in healthcare settings.

In this role, you will be essential in advancing implementation science initiatives through the IABPG Centre. Your responsibilities will include developing and evaluating strategies aimed at mobilizing best practices and improving healthcare delivery. Collaboration with internal and external partners is critical as you facilitate professional development offerings and strengthen community relationships.

Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate knowledge transfer strategy implementation • Engage with healthcare organizations and partners • Provide mentorship for project coordinators • Conduct impactful professional training sessions • Lead the creation of funding proposals

Requirements: • Registered Nurse with Ontario license • Master’s degree plus five years related experience • Proven skills in project management and leadership • Exceptional communication abilities • Knowledge of implementation science principles
