Senior Project Coordinator

Senior Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst providing high‑quality project and operational support to an Expert Project Manager overseeing 5 concurrent projects and 8 seconded operational resources.

This role focuses on meeting coordination, executive‑ready reporting, deliverable quality control, and day‑to‑day project operations to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with PMO standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and manage project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions

Capture detailed meeting minutes, decisions, risks, and action items; follow up with owners

Prepare agendas, pre‑reads, and meeting materials

Review, proofread, and QA project deliverables (presentations, documents, data)

Ensure materials meet PMO standards and executive‑ready quality

Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status trackers, and action registers

Support issue and risk tracking, escalating blockers as needed

Assist with weekly/monthly status reporting, dashboards, and exec updates

Maintain organized documentation in SharePoint / Teams / Confluence

Support resource onboarding, access management, and logistics

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting workflows

8+ years experience in Project Coordination, PMO support, or similar roles

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Hands‑on experience with Teams, SharePoint, and PM tools (MS Project, Planner, Jira)

Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and quality control skills

Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously

NICE TO HAVE

Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma / process improvement

Experience preparing executive‑level presentations

Familiarity with PMO governance, templates, and reporting frameworks

Background in large, complex, or multi‑project environments
