Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading player in the waste industry, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their East End team as a Customer Service Representative on a 3-month contract basis, with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

Conduct outbound quality assurance calls to ensure client satisfaction

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow active accounts

Schedule service calls and prepare customer agreements

Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records and databases

Support invoicing, collections, billing, and reporting processes

Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: At least 2 years of customer service experience

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Comfortable making occasional outbound calls

The ability to communicate verbally in both English and French is considered an asset

Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year depending on experience plus commission

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
