This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

We are seeking Physics PhD or Master's students to collaborate on a premier project with one of the world's top AI labs.

In this role, you will apply your subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge initiative focused on advancing large language models. You will contribute by curating and designing high-quality, complex problems within the field of physics—helping shape the future of AI innovation.

You're a great fit if you:

Are currently pursuing or have completed a PhD/Master's in Physics (or a related discipline) from a leading university in the US or Canada.

OR have at least 1+ year of full-time professional experience in a Physics-related domain in the US or Canada.

Possess strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Are fluent in English with strong proficiency.

Project Details

Start Date: Begins in September (applications reviewed on a rolling basis).

Commitment: 15-20 hours per week, with potential to scale up to 40+ hours.

Duration: Minimum of 1-2 months.

Location: Fully remote and asynchronous.

Compensation: $40-$60 per hour.

Pay & Contract Status

Engagement will be on an hourly contractor basis .

Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect.

Screening Process

Includes an AI interview and a short written form (approx. 20-30 minutes total).

Applicants must be based in the US or Canada .
