Job Description

Lead advanced automation solutions with Jacobs as a Senior Instrumentation and Controls Engineer in Toronto. Your expertise in municipal water and wastewater systems will shape community infrastructures effectively.

As a Senior Engineer on the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls team, you’ll develop and oversee key design packages, ensuring the delivery of innovative control systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality project results while providing mentorship and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ICS design packages for construction and tendering

• Prepare technical reports and control narratives

• Coordinate instrumentation and controls project team members

• Facilitate client meetings and design reviews during project lifecycle

• Support commissioning and construction activities including testing

Requirements:

• P.Eng. designation in Ontario or Alberta

• 10+ years in instrumentation and automation for water facilities

• Experience leading complex water and wastewater projects

• Strong background in industrial networking and cybersecurity

• Proven mentoring skills in technical environments
