Join BuildOps in changing the commercial contracting landscape as a Senior Software Engineer. Work hybrid as you build and enhance vital software solutions that empower contractors.

As part of a distributed team, your mission will be to create high-quality software that meets industry needs. This includes backend development, frontend React capability, and API optimization. You will mentor junior developers and co-own the technical roadmap, ensuring software quality through best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build our backend platform for event-driven applications

• Enhance frontend applications with React.js

• Write and document high-quality code

• Develop and refine GraphQL and REST APIs

• Collaborate with QA for software quality assurance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering experience in SaaS

• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript and React.js

• Experience with Node.js and GraphQL

• Background in CI/CD and Material-UI preferred

• Strong technical communication and writing skills
