Pioneer innovations at Extreme as a Lead Data Scientist focusing on Generative AI and Machine Learning. Engage in impactful research while shaping AI-driven networking solutions.

In this senior position, you will define the ML strategy and lead initiatives aimed at advancing Generative AI technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product goals and mentor junior scientists in a culture of excellence. Your external representation through publications will solidify Extreme’s thought leadership in AI.

Key Responsibilities: • Define the long-term ML strategy for data science • Lead initiatives in ML, GenAI, and Graph ML applications • Collaborate with product leadership to align data science • Guide and mentor junior and senior scientists • Present at conferences and collaborate externally

Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics • Over 8 years of experience in ML research • 3+ years developing Generative AI solutions • Familiarity with Graph ML technologies • Proven track record of deploying ML systems
