Job Description

RRA Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Surrey, BC . This full-time position offers $30-$34 per hour , based on experience.

You will coordinate daily warehouse activities, inventory flow, shipping, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse operations.

Monitor receiving and outbound shipments.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Assign tasks and track workflow.

Resolve inventory and shipping issues.

Prepare operational reports.

Ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.

Previous coordination or supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.

Experience with WMS or inventory systems.

Proficiency with Excel and digital reporting.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Logistics or supply chain education.

Forklift or warehouse equipment experience.

Experience with KPI and inventory reporting.
