Senior Bridge Project Supervisor

Job Description

Lead complex highway and infrastructure projects as a Senior Bridge Project Supervisor. Oversee all aspects of construction, emphasizing quality, safety, and budget management in a dynamic field-role.

In this full-time position, you will act as a Ministry Representative, ensuring compliance and excellent contractor performance on critical projects. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, managing budgets and supervising labor forces while mentoring field staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Ministry Representative for project oversight

• Manage contractor compliance with specifications and safety

• Supervise labor, equipment, and material allocations

• Track project budgets and certify payment quantities

• Document preconstruction and project meetings regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or technical diploma with experience

• 2+ years in supervising construction contracts

• Proven experience in transportation infrastructure projects

• Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors
