We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience in distribution center management. In this role, you will ensure daily objectives are met while leading staff in best practices for operational efficiency. Your analytical skills will play a key role in diagnosing issues and driving strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient logistics
• Control operational costs and achieve financial targets
• Define and meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
• Coach team members in their development and tasks
• Continuously improve operational processes and performance
Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of relevant management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Knowledge of the area and a valid driver’s license
• Material handling equipment certification is beneficial
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
