Join the transformational field as an Application Engineer/Product Manager specializing in transformers. Mandarin proficiency is a key requirement for this collaborative customer-facing role based in the Greater Toronto Area.

MT Talent Solutions Inc. is excited to recruit for a newly established position that demands substantial transformer experience. This position will involve working closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and international partners, underlining the need for fluency in both Mandarin and English. Travel to China is anticipated 2-3 times per year for project reviews and stakeholder engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical guidance on power transformer projects

• Review and analyze technical documentation and drawings

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards throughout projects

• Facilitate communication with international customers

• Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 7+ years of relevant experience in transformer projects

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken

• Familiarity with industry standards like CSA, IEEE, and ANSI

• Flexibility to travel internationally for business needs
