Technical Support for Cloud Operations

Job Description

Join as a Technical Support Engineer to manage application deployments in hosted environments. Provide expert troubleshooting and coordinate integrations for continuous delivery and support.

In this role, you’ll focus on application installations and operational support, ensuring seamless deployments and high satisfaction. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital for effective troubleshooting and maintaining operational excellence across all environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installations and upgrades for customer environments

• Execute deployment activities via Azure DevOps

• Monitor and manage CI/CD pipelines actively

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for applications

• Document known issues and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical support experience

• Strong skills in troubleshooting multiple application layers

• Experience with Windows/Linux systems

• Familiarity with release management procedures

• Availability for 24×7 operational support
