Email Security DevOps Engineer Role

Job Description

Elevate MailChannels' email security as a DevOps Engineer focused on continuous deployment and infrastructure automation. Experience with AWS and Kubernetes is essential.

As a DevOps Engineer at MailChannels, you will take ownership of the deployment pipeline and work alongside Engineers to ensure high-quality builds. Your role will encompass automation, monitoring using DataDog, and implementing contingencies for production stability. This position is crucial for maintaining the agility of a startup in delivering innovative email protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the development pipeline with automation techniques

• Collaborate with Architects to define operational strategies

• Implement cloud infrastructure continuity and failover processes

• Conduct monitoring and performance validations

• Manage disaster recovery plans effectively

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Linux systems administration

• 3 years as a software developer or QA engineer

• Strong background in deployment automation

• Familiarity with AWS and its components

• Knowledge of Docker and the OpsCode stack
