Feathery is looking for a Solutions Engineer passionate about enhancing customer workflows in the insurance and wealth management sectors. Collaborate directly with customers to provide tailored, technical solutions that meet their specific needs.

As part of a growing team, your role will blend workflow architecture, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful implementations. You will engage in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, pushing forward innovative solutions while addressing real-world challenges experienced by customers. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer onboarding and technical scoping

• Partner with clients to design and implement workflows

• Develop and deliver product demos that illustrate value

• Collect feedback to inform product enhancements

• Establish best practices within Solutions Engineering

Requirements:

• Experience in solutions engineering or technical sales

• Strong analytical skills for workflow systems

• JavaScript proficiency and basic Python knowledge

• Effective communication across technical boundaries

• Commitment to driving customer success
