Join Util-Assist as a Lead Consultant specializing in AMI solutions. Provide strategic guidance on utility transformations and financial modeling in a hybrid work model.

As a Lead Consultant at Util-Assist, you will focus on managing client projects related to advanced metering infrastructure. Your role will require you to oversee Senior and Associate Consultants while developing financial models and business cases that demonstrate the value of AMI initiatives. You will assess deployment strategies and ensure project objectives are met while fostering relationships built on trust and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business cases that illustrate AMI benefits

• Build financial models assessing project viability

• Evaluate deployment scenarios for executive decision-making

• Prepare financial support documents for regulatory purposes

• Coach and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field

• 8+ years leading AMI initiatives in consulting

• Advanced knowledge of utility operations and financial terms

• Proficiency in project and change management principles

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
