Job Description

Excel as a Senior Electrical Engineer leading substation project designs. Focus on developing reliable electrical systems from 12kV to 500kV.

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide critical leadership in designing effective transmission substation systems. This position entails working closely with multidisciplinary teams and overseeing projects from early design phases through testing and commissioning. A successful candidate will not only bring technical expertise but also contribute to mentoring less experienced engineers, ensuring high standards are met in a dynamic utility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical design process for substation projects

• Analyze engineering challenges and develop solutions

• Review technical documentation for quality assurance

• Serve as a mentor for junior engineers

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Power Systems

• More than 8 years in substation engineering

• In-depth knowledge of substation technologies and designs

• Familiarity with advanced grid infrastructure

• Strong leadership and communication skills
