Job Description

Elevate cybersecurity efforts with Bell as a Security Operations Analyst II. This hybrid role requires expertise in Palo Alto Networks and Cisco Identity Services Engine to safeguard client environments.

Join Bell’s Security Operations team in a critical Level 3 role focusing on complex security incidents. With your strong hands-on experience, you will lead investigations, analyze advanced threats, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Your proactive approach will enhance security capabilities while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to support their security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily customer requests for security infrastructure changes

• Prepare configurations for firewalls and security devices

• Participate in client onboarding and service implementation

• Analyze security alerts and manage incident diagnostics

• Develop mitigation measures for identified threats

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or 5 years relevant experience

• Experience with firewall troubleshooting and management

• Hands-on skills in intrusion detection systems

• Proven experience in risk mitigation and compliance frameworks

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
