Become a Finance Associate, partnering with the VP of Finance to ensure streamlined financial operations and compliance. This role is hybrid, blending in-office and remote work.

As a Finance Associate, you will be instrumental in managing financial reporting and audits, ensuring the company adheres to regulatory standards. Your focus on internal financial controls and process improvements will enhance operational efficiency and fiscal accuracy. Engage in cross-departmental advisory roles and contribute to financial strategy with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver detailed financial analysis for strategic decision-making • Act as liaison for external auditors and tax professionals • Review and improve compliance procedures • Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently • Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting • 3-4 years of relevant experience • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel mandatory • Familiarity with accounting software beneficial • Strong initiative and time management capabilities
