Project Manager for Restoration Projects

Job Description

Lead property restoration efforts as a Project Manager with a respected client. Ensure projects meet high standards of quality while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

As a Project Manager, you will guide restoration projects through every stage, from initial assessments to completion. Your proven experience in managing large-loss projects will enable you to handle multiple assignments while keeping customers satisfied. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors and insurance representatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage complete project lifecycles effectively • Create detailed estimates and budgets • Coordinate with various trades and stakeholders • Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards • Address project issues promptly and professionally

Requirements: • 5+ years as a Restoration Project Manager • Proficient in restoration estimating and management • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent relationship-building capabilities • Valid Class 5 Driver's License needed
