Must-Have : 6+ years of strong experience with SAP SuccessFactor Recruiting

Proficiency in Recruiting and Onboarding functional design, with a focus on process flows and best practices.

Skills in defining business requirements, conducting fit gap analysis, and collaborating with clients and consultants to finalize requirements.

Hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Marketing, and Onboarding solutions, including job profile integration and custom data collection.

Experienced in integrating SuccessFactors modules with Employee Central and third-party applications for recruitment processes and background checks.

Nice to have: French speak proficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
