Be part of a dynamic team as an Intermediate Civil Engineer/Project Manager in Burnaby, BC. Focus on delivering community infrastructure projects while cultivating professional relationships in a hybrid role.

At a reputable employee-owned consulting engineering firm, this position is tailored for candidates with a strong background in engineering and project management. You'll spearhead municipal and Indigenous community projects, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and support client management efforts through proposal preparation and community workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee municipal and Indigenous infrastructure projects

• Work with multidisciplinary teams on engineering assignments

• Mentor junior staff on project responsibilities

• Manage client relationship and business development

• Prepare detailed design documents and tender materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• Over 8 years of engineering experience in consulting

• P.Eng. in BC or eligibility for registration

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to travel for field assignments
