Join IBM’s TEAR team's Security UI POD as a Full-Stack Developer specializing in UI-heavy security applications. Build intuitive security experiences using React, Redux, and TypeScript while engaging with backend systems for secure identity workflows.

In this role, you will contribute to the secure operations of IBM Confluent Cloud. Emphasizing a security-first mindset, your hands-on experience will span frontend and backend development, focusing on user authentication, authorization, and session management. Your collaboration with AppSec and engineering teams is vital in maintaining system integrity and protecting customer data.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver scoped tasks within the Security UI POD on time • Develop intuitive frontend experiences with React and TypeScript • Make necessary changes to the identity backend systems • Learn and become an expert in specific security components • Collaborate in design and PR reviews to maintain quality

Requirements: • 1-2 years of software engineering experience • Proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript • Familiarity with backend languages like Go or Java • Strong CS fundamentals and understanding of distributed systems • Detail-oriented with a security-first mindset
