Trindent Consulting is expanding and looking for an Engagement Manager with a strong background in refinery operations management. This role involves delivering projects valued between $750K and $3MM while ensuring project management practices are consistently applied. Key skills include experience in gasoline blending and energy intensity, alongside proven project management methodologies, essential for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop project proposals outlining scope and resource allocation • Collaborate with project teams to assign tasks and track progress • Deliver detailed project status reports to stakeholders • Maintain effective client relationships throughout engagements • Manage conflicts and resolve issues impacting project timelines

Requirements: • 5+ years in refinery operations management • Expertise in downstream services including gasoline blending • Proven project management process experience • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
