Job Description

Join Sources as a Program Manager, empowering adults with developmental disabilities in South Surrey. This full-time position is perfect for compassionate leaders who value community wellness and inclusivity.

As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing quality of life for residents through effective program management and personnel oversight. This position involves collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver top-notch care while ensuring compliance with standards set by CLBC and Fraser Health. You'll manage budgets and foster an enriching environment for both staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and follow community care policies

• Recruit, coach, and manage staff performance

• Create opportunities for resident development

• Oversee and advocate for resident care

• Maintain accurate financial management of program expenses

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field strongly preferred

• At least two years supervisory experience

• Knowledge of behavioural support strategies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
