Databricks Delivery Solutions Architect Position

Job Description

Shape data solutions with Databricks as a Delivery Solutions Architect in Vancouver, BC. Collaborate with clients to enhance their use of the Databricks platform and drive results.

In this impactful role, you will combine technical expertise and stakeholder management to elevate customer engagements and ensure successful platform implementation. You will work alongside sales and engineering teams to create strategic plans that foster growth and maximize usage of Databricks products. As a primary technical resource, you will manage complex projects and facilitate onboarding and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to accelerate key use cases in production

• Act as the technical lead in customer-focused initiatives

• Coordinate with internal teams for support and resources

• Track customer health and adoption metrics

• Deliver comprehensive progress updates to technical management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data and AI

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or Scala

• Background in customer success or technical architecture

• Strong understanding of distributed data systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Lead customer successes by optimizing their use of the Databricks platform and fostering strong technical relationships.
