Become the Finance Strategy Lead at LayerZero, focusing on empowering financial decision-making in a leading blockchain firm. This role emphasizes planning and performance optimization.

As the Finance Strategy Lead, you will work directly with the CFO and other key executives to build a robust financial model and reporting system. We seek candidates with a strong foundation in FP&A who are passionate about shaping the future of blockchain finance. Your role will involve building scalable processes that ensure financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead annual and quarterly financial planning • Maintain integrated operating models for forecasts • Consult with executives on financial resource allocations • Lead board materials and KPI definitions • Establish frameworks for token compensation and capital strategy

Requirements: • 4-8+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience • Background in a high-growth tech or crypto setting • Best-in-class financial modeling abilities • Proficiency in ERP and BI tools • Strong interest in blockchain technology
