Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support through various channels

• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS services

• Manage user identity across onboarding and transfers

• Oversee endpoint security compliance and patching

• Assist with cyber remediation and security improvements

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years in IT support or cloud administration

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and protocols

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Relevant IT certification considered an asset
