Job Description

Join Imperial as a Process Engineer Intern in Nanticoke, Ontario, starting January or May 2027. Collaborate on refining operations and contribute to sustainable energy solutions.

This internship focuses on hands-on learning within the Product Solutions department, involving dynamic teamwork and direct engagement in operational practices. You'll play a crucial role in supporting safe, efficient, and compliant refinery processes, enhancing your engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various engineering teams on operational safety

• Identify and facilitate operational improvements

• Communicate cost and performance data to stakeholders

• Support energy and environmental compliance tasks

• Work on software and database applications

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Chemical or Environmental Engineering Bachelor’s program

• Available for the entirety of the work term beginning early 2027

• Demonstrated academic and leadership excellence

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Submission of your recent unofficial transcript is required
