Job Description

Accelerate your career as a Nuclear Project Coordinator with Aecon, working on the major refurbishment at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. Drive project coordination and uphold a safety-first culture.

As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all engineering and construction activities follow the project plan while managing schedules and budgets effectively. Collaborating with the Project Manager, you will play a vital part in coordinating project manpower, liaising with subcontractors, and tracking deliverables to guarantee project milestones are met successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold a Project-First strategy focusing on collaboration

• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards and programs

• Develop comprehensive project schedules and budgets

• Coordinate manpower and manage subcontractor relationships

• Deliver effective project status reports to all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Technical education in Engineering or Engineering Technology

• 5+ years in related engineering or construction roles

• Strong report writing and communication skills

• Proven ability to communicate effectively within large teams

• Nuclear outage planning experience preferred
