You will manage and lead a team of data engineers at Citco, focusing on developing and optimizing data platforms that drive business insights. Your hands-on expertise in Databricks and cloud infrastructure will facilitate best practices while mentoring team members and enhancing technical capabilities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor engineers through coding and design reviews

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team

• Develop Databricks solutions using Lakehouse architectures

• Optimize and manage data pipelines and streaming

• Configure and monitor Databricks environments

Requirements:

• 8+ years in data engineering, 3+ with Databricks

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services is essential

• Proven experience leading data engineering teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
