Job Description

Elevate SSR Mining Inc.'s supply chain management as the Global Supply Chain Process & Systems Manager, ensuring excellence and efficiency across operations. Your expertise in SAP and process design will be key to this role.

As a critical player in the organization, you will lead the optimization of business processes across SSR Mining's global supply chain. This involves governance, continuous improvements, and a strong partnership with various departments, making sure processes align with business strategies. You will also spearhead training initiatives aimed at strengthening user adoption of supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee global supply chain process design and governance • Identify and implement efficiency improvements • Serve as global SAP process owner • Develop and enforce master data standards • Lead training programs for process adoption

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields • 10+ years in supply chain management roles • Experience with SAP Supply Chain modules • Strong background in process and data governance • Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
