In this full-time role, the Auto Associate will help sell and promote insurance solutions while exceeding performance targets. You will receive extensive training to earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within the first month. • Foster strong connections with clients and dealership partners

• Promote ICBC and private insurance products

• Handle various auto insurance transactions

• Upsell and cross-sell to enhance client value

• Support administrative tasks and customer inquiries

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong dedication to exceeding sales goals

• Energetic personality for customer engagement

• Detail-oriented with organizational skills

• Level 1 Insurance License favored but not required
