Job Description

Join Hazen and Sawyer in Calgary as an Intermediate Environmental Engineer focusing on managing water-related projects. This hybrid position allows creative problem-solving in a supportive environment.

In your role with Hazen and Sawyer, you will lead various projects in watershed management and engage with clients at every stage. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, facilitating workshops, and managing project controls, ensuring successful outcomes for water resource strategies across Alberta and Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead watershed management and water resources projects

• Maintain client communication throughout all project phases

• Oversee project management systems and internal controls

• Organize and lead facilitated meetings and workshops

• Guide junior teams and prioritize project tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or environmental sciences

• Designation as a Professional Engineer or Environmental Professional

• 7-10 years of experience in the field

• Outstanding organizational and writing capabilities

• Proven skills in facilitating meetings effectively
