Job Description

Become a Lead Urban Rail Systems Integration expert at WSP in Toronto, influencing the design of next-gen transit systems. Your work will directly impact community connectivity.

As a senior technical leader, you'll ensure seamless integration of new rail systems into existing infrastructure, managing a range of subsystems to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to guide projects from idea to execution while mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct systems integration for rail and transit projects

• Develop and manage system architecture plans

• Coordinate signalling, control, and power systems effectively

• Conduct workshops for interface and technical issue resolution

• Ensure robust compliance and traceability practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution

• Must hold a P.Eng. license in Canada

• 15+ years in engineering for safety-sensitive environments

• Familiarity with ISO standards and systems assurance

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
