Job Description

Elevate your career as a Data Engineer with expertise in Databricks and Azure. This position demands hands-on experience in developing efficient data solutions and transforming raw data into structured formats.

We are looking for a Data Engineer who thrives on challenges and utilizes their knowledge of Databricks, Big Data, and Azure technologies. You'll design and build high-throughput data frameworks, architect ingestion pipelines, and create seamless integrations for business intelligence using Power BI. Your role will also encompass transforming data assets into a medallion architecture for optimal analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high throughput frameworks and libraries

• Architect data ingestion pipelines with Azure Data Factory

• Transform raw datasets into structured data lakes

• Convert Hive Metastore to Unity Catalog with permissions

• Enable dashboard-ready datasets for Power BI integration

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Databricks experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related area

• Databricks Data Engineering Professional Certification

• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Unix

• Proficient in troubleshooting Azure services and DevOps pipelines
