Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2: On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 for a 6-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 - Job Description: Seeking a skilled Software Developer to contribute to the development of a modern online Registration system. This project involves configuring MS Dynamics 365 for Registration and Permit workflows and integrating with a public-facing portal using MuleSoft middleware.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 - Responsibilities: Configure MS Dynamics 365 for Registration and Permit workflows

Integrate Dynamics 365 backoffice with a Java/React portal using MuleSoft

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless system functionality

Prepare documentation and present ideas clearly to stakeholders

Maintain a high level of customer service for internal and external clients

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 - Mandatory Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies

Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design

Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability and integration with Microsoft cloud technologies

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform

Strong communication skills for documentation and customer service

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills: Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure

Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace

Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines

Previous experience in government sector projects
