Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

Enhance your logistics career as a full-time Logistics Coordinator. Oversee the freight process while ensuring compliance and optimizing customer service in a growing organization.

In this Associate role, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound freight, analyzing performance data, and negotiating rates with carriers to ensure profitability. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in logistics software, along with Microsoft Office, will be important as you manage logistics activities and communicate effectively with all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the flow of inbound and outbound freight • Ensure carrier compliance with established protocols • Analyze data for rate negotiations with customers • Resolve discrepancies with brokers and carriers • Verify and troubleshoot documentation for shipments

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Logistics • At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain/Transportation • Familiarity with full truckload (FTL) shipments • Strong knowledge of North American geography • Proficient in Microsoft Office and problem-solving skills
