This full-time, 12-month contract position calls for an experienced professional dedicated to quality optimization. You'll apply your strong problem-solving skills to oversee end-to-end risk assessments and quality testing processes. The role emphasizes teamwork and innovation, ensuring that lululemon maintains its design flair while meeting rigorous quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities: • Pursue and maintain high-quality standards for outerwear • Conduct risk assessments on products, materials, and processes • Collaborate with Global Product Team on quality initiatives • Automate quality outcomes while respecting design timelines • Manage trackers and reports for periodic quality evaluations

Requirements: • Diploma in garment industry or Industrial Engineering • 5-7 years in technical design or quality control • Experience with DFMEA, ISO, ASTM/AATCC standards • Knowledge of technical fabrics and garment construction • Strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated approach
