Event Technical Service Expert

Job Description

Become an Event Technical Service Expert with ENCORE to showcase your skills in audio visual setups at various venues. This hands-on role offers dynamic event experiences.

As an integral part of the ENCORE team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio visual equipment at events. Your experience with sound systems and visual technology will ensure outstanding service delivery. You will navigate the set-up process while engaging client needs and solving challenges on the spot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage audio visual equipment at venues

• Dismantle equipment carefully after events

• Load and unload equipment while meeting safety standards

• Verify purchase orders and perform troubleshooting

• Drive safely between locations during events

Requirements:

• High School diploma with 2 years of experience

• 2-3+ years in audio visual technologies

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Physical capability to lift and handle equipment

• A valid driver’s license for transportation of gear
