With over 45 RIAs signed and a growing Annual Recurring Revenue, the client is scaling to serve millions of next-generation investors. The Role

Lead the engineering team through a critical 90-day transformation. The role involves architecting and building the unified Clients tab in Weave, which serves as the foundation that ties together planning, portfolio data, files, and communication. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring system design, coding, team coordination, and the establishment of engineering practices. Backend: Python, FastAPI, Pydantic v2, Golang (Future) Frontend: React, TypeScript, React Native (Expo) Integrations: Apex Ascend API (official Python SDK), Plaid, Stripe Future: Golang microservices for performance-critical services Requirements 10+ years full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in fintech Highly autonomous: owns architecture and decisions end-to-end, while communicating clearly and keeping everyone aligned Strong skills in Python, Golang, React, and AWS serverless Experience in system design and architecture Experience leading small engineering teams (2-5 engineers) Experience working in fast-paced startup environments Nice to have: Apex Ascend API experience, Golang, React Native, AI/ML integration Seniority level
