Job Description

Join Sofina as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, dedicated to enhancing operational performance in food manufacturing. Focus on process optimization and performance metrics across multiple plants.

Reporting to the Manager, this role requires a University engineering graduate with 2-3 years of industry experience. You will lead key continuous improvement projects, aiming for sustainable business performance through lean methodologies. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of process standards and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead development of manufacturing standards and continuous improvement projects • Prepare analytical reports based on process findings • Collaborate with various departments for seamless operations • Drive improvements in production efficiencies and costs • Facilitate training for operators on new processes

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
