QESH Manager for Operational Excellence

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Guide strategic Quality and EHS team initiatives • Ensure compliance with ISO, NADCAP, and corporate standards • Enhance safety culture and implement improvements • Manage laboratory and analytical testing functions • Facilitate collaboration with Operations, HR, and Engineering

Requirements: • Degree required; additional professional qualifications an asset • 15 years of manufacturing experience; 10 years in leadership • Strong background in HSE and Quality systems • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
