Job Description

Become a vital part of the Dynamite team as an Operations Associate, where tailor-made service meets effective inventory management. This position is centered around enhancing customer experiences and managing stockroom operations.

In this role, reporting to the Store Manager, you will work tirelessly to support sales and ensure inventory is managed efficiently. Tasks will include processing shipments, maintaining the stockroom, and assisting in markdown activities. Your customer-first approach and acute sense of style will be essential in creating a magnetic environment for shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized and functional stockroom areas

• Efficiently process and manage shipments

• Replenish sales floor with timely product availability

• Oversee markdowns and visual merchandising standards

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required

• 6 months experience in retail or inventory management

• Customer-oriented mindset with practical organization skills

• Hands-on attitude and proactive work ethic

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
