Functional Analyst - Information Systems

Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Registrar-Systems, your role will involve supporting the everyday needs of the Registrar's Office information systems. Experience in an educational setting and familiarity with systems such as PeopleSoft or Colleague will help you hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain effective operation of Registrar's information systems • Innovate methods to automate processes and services • Manage data exports and imports seamlessly • Collaborate on exam scheduling and academic calendars • Generate reports and support web-based applications

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree and two years of related experience • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency • Exceptional time management skills • Capacity to multi-task effectively • Focus on providing excellent customer support
